Exhibition tribute to Vicent Andrés Estellés in Benicarló, along with the collective Arteenred.
Estelles according to the ArteEnred Collective
An interdisciplinary art exhibition by the arteEnred Collective dedicated to the Valencian poet Vicent Andrés Estellés opens today at the Mucbe. At the Mostra, which will be open to 8 July, participate more 50 artistes.
From this afternoon until next 8 July MUCBE can be seen at the exhibition "Vicent Andrés Estellés. The son of a baker… that made verses ", an initiative of the Cultural Association of Artists ArteEnred who plays through the eyes of 57 artists verses of the poet, his message and his personality.
The exhibition is one of the many activities organized by the arteEnred Collective with the aim of establishing contacts between artists from different places in the geography, exchange experiences and develop new collaboration channels and aesthetic possibilities. This time, Vicent Andrés Estellés has been the starting point for the artists' work, but the collective has worked with other themes and characters, such as ceramics, Moriscos or Jorge Drexler.
From 2006, the collective has experienced unstoppable growth and more and more artists are participating in the project, from places as diverse as Bremen, Paris, Cannes Santo Domingo, although the vast majority are artists or residents Valencian Community.
The exhibition will be open until about Estella 8 July and later can also visit the Casa de Cultura in Benimodo (September 2011) and the Casa de Cultura de Burjassot (November 2011), birthplace of poet.
